Please call us for details about the insurance plans accepted by our office. We accept payments via checks, cash, Master Card and VISA. Please be prepared to make a co-payment at the time of your appointment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your claim to your insurance carrier for both within network and out of network carriers.
Medication Prescription Refills
We will be happy to call in refills to your pharmacy for medications originally prescribed by us if you have an ongoing need for the medication. Please note the following:
- All prescription refills should be anticipated in advance so that they can be taken care of before the weekend.
- If you require a refill for a narcotic medication, you will need a written prescription from us. Pharmacies will not accept refill requests for narcotic medications over the phone.
- If you require an emergency refill when the office is closed, please visit the nearest emergency room.
